Famous game developer Capcom was in poor financial shape recently. Shareholders of the company have decided they are ready to sell as much as over 50% of shares of the company to fix that. It is possible that if somebody buys over 51% will take over the company, but considering the cost needed for that, shareholders are hoping that nobody will afford that.
Capcom is a game developer founded in 1979, and is famous for titles: Resident Evil 6, Dead Rising 3 and Dungeons & Dragons,
and holds exclusive rights to titles: Street Fighter, Ace Attorney, Resident Evil, Monster Hunter, Mega Man.
