Tech Demo: Watch Dogs on PC finally has a Demo

Presented yesterday, Nvidia and Ubisoft released a trailer that showed off the true power of the PC version of Watch Dogs. It showed off two Nvidia technologies HBAO+ and TXAA. HBAO+ or Horizon Based Ambient Occulusion which essentially allows devs to create more detailed shadows and lighting effects. The other, TXAA, allows for a more cinematic anti-aliasing that makes the lines cleaner. Now if you have an AMD card these technologies may not be offered to you but the difference isn’t going to be substantial. Also announced is uPlay for Watch Dogs will only be used for activation. After that the game will use whatever platform it was bought from (more than likely uPlay, Steam or Origin) to be played on. So there will be no dual DRM services running.
